A Classic and great gas mileage. I have a mint green 1979 Peugeot 504 4 door. It has a 1983 XD2S turbo diesel engine from a 1983 Peugeot. It has an automatic transmission. I bought it last October in Seattle, where it spent its life prior to me driving it home to Bozeman. It runs really well. I am not sure of the mileage because the speedometer cable is and has been broken since I bought it. I was told that the engine had 60,000 miles when it was put in. You could add another 5 to 6000 since I've had it. I put a GPS in it that shows MPH. It works great. All other lights and gauges work. It has a am/fm cassette stereo in it. I use a cassette adapter and my ipod for good tunes. It has a sunroof. I put sheep skin seat covers on the front seats due to wear and tear. New battery and alternator. It has a few dings and scratches but this should be expected in a 30 year old car. A couple of chips on the windshield but it really does look cool. I can send pictures when requested. Thanks.
