THIS AUCTION IS BEING HELD PURSUANT TO A COURT ORDER OF THE FLOYD COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE DIVISION OF MARITAL PROPERTY IN A DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE PROCEEDING. MY LAW OFFICE HAS BEEN DIRECTED BY THE COURT TO SALE THIS VEHICLE. PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING. After taking possession of this vehicle, I had an ASE certified mechanic look at it. He did the brake work and replaced the idler pulley. I have driven the truck this week for over 100 miles to try and identify any problems prior to listing. Below is what I have discovered. My overall impression: this is a nice running truck which cleaned up nicely & would make a great general purpose truck with plenty of room for tools or kids. Good things noticed about the vehicle: Starts right up and drives well; Does not smoke and doesn’t appear to be leaking any fluids; Transmission shifts smoothly; Rotors turned & new front, rear and emergency brake pads installed; New Idler Pulley Gets better mileage than my V-8 F150; Dash and interior in good shape; Identified Problems with the vehicle: Driver’s side power window doesn’t work; Passenger’s side power lock doesn’t work; Amp & Bass were removed by owner so radio does not work; Tear in driver’s seat (patched); Steering wheel worn; Dent along bottom of doors on passenger side; Minor dings and scratches on body; A/C does not get cold; Fan only works on low and high; Center counsel has damage; Driver's side hinge on tailgate is broke. My general observances are based on my honest opinions but cannot be relied upon as to the soundness of this vehicle.
