I had to re-list this because the buyer had no money. Do not bid unless you intend to pay for it. Nice Original 1989 Corvette Convertible - Black with Red leather interior. This has been my wife's summer car for the past 5 years. Very dependable, I would not be afraid to jump in it today and drive it to California. Look at the pictures, the interior is in great condition for the age. The carpets are very nice (cigarette burn in passenger side 1/4" dia see picture). Seats are almost perfect, the drivers seat has a couple of spots where the die is worn off (see picture), no holes, splits, crack or tears. The steering wheel has typical splitting of the leather wrap. The top is very nice, the rear window is clear, only one minor spot by drivers door (see picture). The paint is all original, but needs painted. Their is little scratches/cracks in the paint (see picture). Motor runs great, transmission shifts great, no rear end noise. Brakes work good, exhaust is good, tires are good (see picture). This car is a great driver as-is (looks good from 10 ft.) or with a paint job and a few minor detail items could be a show car. Car has only been driven on average between 7000 and 7500 miles per year since new during summer months. I've tried to describe the car as accurately as possible, but might have missed something. Years back I bought new weatherstripping for the doors with plans to paint the car, but never got around to it, so you can have those. I also have another original radio with four bose speakers.
