1980 Z-28 Camaro T-TOP, 4 Speed, Air Conditioned, Power Windows and Locks Have owned this car for 20 years. I bought this car after basic training in about 1988 with 40,000 miles as a one owner car that never seen a winter.This car has never seen a winter or salt since i have owned it. I believe It is a number matching car except for the manual transmission( it was a 4 speed car but I replaced the transmission), It was factory dark blue with a dark blue interior. It has fresh black paint that was done last year. Also the motor was pulled and rebuilt last year. all parts were replaced, blocked bored and aligned honed 30 over, new crank, rods, pistons, oil pump, cam bearings, cam, full head rebuild including surfaced, valves, springs seals, keepers ect. The heads are the original number matching, as well as the exhaust manifolds. I believe the exhaust is also the original system. Timing chain, intake holly carb, new fuel pump, alum water pump, dist rebuild, 1 wire hight output chrome alt, all pullyes and timing cover billet or chrome. 4 core original radiator flushed and cleaned. New flywheel, new clutch, pressure plate throw out bearing, rebuilt trans with original hurst shifter. 4.10 gears with a mini spool and orginal gears included. All front frame bushings replaced along with tie rod ends ect. All this work along with fresh paint and decals was less than 100 miles ago. It also has a nos nitrous system installed with purge. It is not hooked up just need a fuel tee. Tires are like new , brakes good, needs nothing, drive anywhere. Does have a small oil leak where intake seals to head. Frame rails and pans are great, does have minor scratches in rear panels from T- Tops, drivers seat has small rip in where seam came apart, It has a great stereo, I believe alpine deck, passive eq, 6" kickers in front doors 2 amps, 6 x 9 kickers in rear deck along with 12" kicker sub.
