Up for sale is my personal 2005 Infiniti FX35 All Wheel Drive Cross Over Vehicle. I have owned this vehicle for close to 1 1/2 Years and it has been a pleasure to drive. The vehicle has 50840 very low easy driven miles and is in very good condition for its age and miles (miles will go up as I drive this daily). The vehicle is loaded with all options packages except the sport package which has the 20" wheels and silver roof rails, I've owned a sport package FX35 and it rides much rougher and the tires are more expensive. This FX35 has gray exterior with black leather interior, touring and technology packages which includes keyless entry and keyless start, adaptive cruise control, navigation, rear camera, traction control and xenon headlights. Also this has the premium Bose sound system with 6 disc in dash changer and cassette player, power tilt and telescopic steering wheel. Extras include rear cargo cover, rear cargo carpet cover mat, Sirius factory satellite radio and the latest Navigation software release disc. I purchased the satellite radio on eBay when I purchased the vehicle and was told it had a lifetime subscription and I have not had to pay any monthly fee's as of yet (I can't guarantee it's a lifetime subscription). I recently replaced all 4 tires with new Yokohama Avid all the way around which I would say was about 9000 miles ago, 3 weeks ago, I replaced all 4 wheel brake pads, all 4 wheel rotors and both rear brake calipers as well. The only other maintenance items replaced other then oil changes (every 3000 miles) were both engine belts. I have all maintenance records for your review and will include them with the purchase as well. I purchased this vehicle from CarMax and it was from a previous Infiniti Manufacture's rep, so it was very well maintained by him as he called on all his dealers. This is a no story FX35 and has not had any paint work or body work and has a clean Autocheck and Carfax. Also included are all the owner’s manuals, first aid kit and both key remotes, wallet key and valet key. I am a non-smoker. The interior is in excellent condition with minimal wear on the driver’s side seat bolster. Now for the bad news, there is a scratch on the rear driver’s side door that was touched up (see picture with my finger) it's about 3/4" long and another very small nick on the passenger side rear door right in front of the rear wheel well. There are other small nicks or scratches but you would have to look for them and are normal for this vehicle's age and mileage. Finally there are a few very small rock chips in the windshield. I am being overly cautious as I want this to be a pleasant transaction and feel anyone who purchases this vehicle will get many great years of enjoyment out of it! I'm selling this as I purchased my wife a minivan and we don't need an SUV and Minivan. Save yourself the hassel of dealing with a high pressure dealer that gets paid on profit and grab this before I'm forced to trade it in!
