1985 Saleen Mustang #79, Original White car with Blue stripes. Car has had 1 repaint that I can tell. I bought it about a year or so ago with the intentions of Restoring the car. I Purchased a bunch of correct missing items such as an Original 85 3 Piece front air dam. It is in very good shape. I basiclly Just have the Air dam Sittting on the car, I will remove it for Transporting so it does not get damaged. The Body and Sheet meteal are very straight 100% rust free, NO Undercoating very clean underneath. It has the Usual Light seepage on the oil pan gasket as the Original Motor and trans have never been out of the car. The motor and trans are #s matching to the car. The exhaust on the car is off road H-pipe and Flow master mufflers with original tail pipes. However I have access to an Original exhaust from the headers back in really nice shape I can swap it out if the new owner wants it to be original. The Interrior is not as bad as it Looks, seats and carpet are in really Nice shape. Needs Headliner and dash pad, and reinstall the original Kenwood Radio which I do have. This 85 saleen is 1 of 3 white cars built in 85 with 16 Inch wheels, most had 15 inch wheels. All Buck tags are in place, Dash was signed by Steve Saleen Himself back in the day. This Saleen runs and drives Great, Lots of life in Drivetrain, Drive and repaint as you want.
