Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 1985 Chevy s-10 blazer, its a 2wd 2 door ,it has v8 350 profesionaly installed with turbo 350 automatic transmission, rear end has 4:10 gears with a spool. The blazer has a straight body(primer gray) ,all good glass, front 2 tires are brand new(less than 70 miles on them)rear 2 tires are at 90% new . The front brake pads ,rear brake drums ,shoes and hardware have all been replaced ,and the brakes work perfect,I just alingend the front end ,replaced a power steering hose, and installed the 4:10 gears and spool last month(i am a ASE master certified GM tech at Ramey Chevrolet in Sherman Tx).This blazer is a really fun toy ,it also has a fiberglass cowl induction hood(real),rear roll pan,the interior is in pretty good shape for a 85, the seats are starting to tear a little bit in the front but i would say the interior is a good 8 out of 10 for its age,the door panels are both black, the dash is all in good shape (no radio). The engine is a 350 5.7 (casting number 207) with a rv cam, edlebrock aluminum preformer intake with a fresh holley 650 double pumper, headman headers(made for s-10/v8 conversion) The engine runs good NO smoke or knocking at all ,good oil psi, transmission shifts good( has B&M Z-gate floor shifter) all works good, has flowmaster exhaust ran all the way to the back like factory(built for a sleeper)alluminum Be Cool radiator with dual electric fans(runs cool, No overheating),The tags have been currenty renewed and the blazer is in my name with clear texas title, just had inspection last month(replaced windshield wiper blades),all lights work and all gauges work(fuel gauge is erratic at times)the latch that holds the rear window shut is broke (latch is tied down). This really is a good truck it rides very well at all speeds ,i get a lot of complements about the way it preforms.I am only selling because last thursday i bought a 2010 silverado that is awsome ( and wife says i gotta let the blazer go) ,it will make a great daily driver or drag blazer,i drive it about once a week to keep battery up but with new truck i gotta sell her, give me a call - Dustin903-815-5220 i have lots of time and money invested so my loss and your gain.Like i said the blazer runs great and pulls hard( the gears and spool realy helped)(This vehicle is not brand but for the age and application it is a nice driver,so if you want a new vehicle go buy one,but if you want a fun toy that someone eles did all the hard work and spent lots of money on then this ones for you!!!) ,thank youOn May-14-10 at 20:43:13 PDT, seller added the following information: lowered researve price, just found out i gotta have knee surgery wednesday, must sell. Thank You
