Vehicle Detail
I've graduated college and now I'm going to Army boot camp in July; and I need to sell my Trailblazer. My wife and I have two vehicles, and in the months ahead we are just not going to need the second one. The Trailblzer has 103,xxx original miles. The bumper on the driver side was hit and has scuff marks but is still securely attached to the frame of the vehicle. We live in Missouri, and unfortunately there is some hail damage here and there. The air conditioning works great, the four wheel drive works great. I've taken it camping in Arkansas already this year; the four wheel drive is a feature that will be hard to give up, especially when I'm in those peculiar situations when it's nice to have. My friend used the vehicle a few times, when his Honda, Passport gave out, to go back and forth to Oklahoma with his 16' ski boat. He's pretty sad that I'm letting it go and won't be able to borrow it, if he ever needed it. The towing package is a must have with any SUV. I am not the original owner, but I am the one that put the most miles on it. I bought it from Reliable Chevrolet, in Springfield, Missouri, in July 2006. At that time it had around 30,xxx miles. A certified pre-owned vehicle up to that point! I have changed the oil every 3,000 miles. I've changed the air filter numerous times since then too. The battery is about a year and a half old, and the tires are half way worn. I bought four Cooper Discoverer ATR's; probably 2 years ago. The check engine light is on, only because the smog pump has quit working. At the price, I'm not willing to replace it. I believe they are around $300, last time I checked. The code is a secondary air injection system failure, and it could be one of two things; the Smog pump or the cheaper check valve. I replaced the check valve and cleared the code, but the engine light came back on. So I know it is the smog pump. The back brakes will probably need to be replaced soon. I've only changed them once since I've had it. The front brakes I've replaced twice, but will probably need to be replaced too. Honestly, the SUV has been a great vehicle and very reliable. Above are all the problems and great things about this used vehicle. This would be a great vehicle for anyone looking for a GREAT deal. I have mentioned everything wrong with it. Another great thing is that it runs and there is plenty of life still in it. And I'm starting the bidding at $2000 less than Kelly Blue Book; only because I want to get rid of it before July, when I go to boot camp. Car dealerships in the area have the same vehicle listed at over $9000, with the same amount of miles. I will accept anything that clears the bank; cash, PayPal, money order, or check. Please follow any guidelines that eBay has to offer when bidding on an auction. Payment must be made within the guidelines of eBay. I will make arrangements with the buyer on pick up. For a fee I would be willing to drive the vehicle to a destination pending a complete transaction. Please email me with any questions or concerns. I would be happy to provide additional pictures upon request. Vehicle is sold as is, with no warranty. I believe this a great deal, don't miss out. Happy bidding!
