Up for sale is my 1973 Super Beetle. I purchased it in Nevada where it spent its entire life. The previous owner had it restored in 1998 and garage kept it and used it very little. It has a rebuilt engine with less than 1000 miles on it. It has all new interior, including the headliner, brakes, wheels and tires, and paint. I bought it and tweaked all aspects of mechanical drivability. The Ignition has been changed to electronic, and front and rear lighting has been replaced. The fuel tank was also replaced during the restoration. An Empi short shifter and exhaust were added as well. It has a older JVC that is era-specific during the restoration (1998), with a cassette player and a 4-channel amp running 4 speakers. The paint is not show quality, but shows beautifully. There is some orange peel and some very small dents in the body from storage by the previous owner. The dents can be removed by a professional, and the orange peel could use a wetsand by a body shop. I am selling it because I don't have the room to keep it at home. This is a very nice car and can be driven anywhere. I require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of auction ending, and full payment by paypal, certified check, or cash within 7 days. Shipping and related arrangements are up to the buyer. I will deliver the car to your transporter within 20 miles.
