* Power Seller- EBAY's assurance that this High Volume seller has an excellent record of customer service and satisfaction. GOLD MEMBER SINCE SEPT. 2003! Over 10 years on ebay selling forkifts with hundreds and hundreds of happy customers! Call 864-907-0740 if you have any questions. The Car is appraised at $75,000 and the build cost is much more than that. All High-End parts used and no expense spared on this 4 year build. The car started out as a rust-free South Carolina car and still retains the original sheet metal, doors, floors, frame rails, torque boxes. All the metal on the car was solid and did not need replacing. The car now has all the comforts of a new car, Air Conditioning, Power Windows, Tilt Wheel, 4 wheel Power Brakes. Almost everything on the car is new. The list is much shorter if I tell you what is not new. The driver and passenger side vent window and frame, passenger window and center console are original items. Everything else is new and I will describe in more detail below. I have hundreds of pictures of this car, let me know what you want to see more of and I will email you. Engine: 347 Stroker professionally built by Smeding Performance in Rancho Cordova, CA. 431 horse power and 419 ft lbs of Torque! This engine carried a 2 year warranty and is just out of warranty. The crate engine has a list of specifications which I included below in one of the pictures: Transmission: Automatic Overdrive (AOD) professionally built by a local transmission shop to handle the high horse power. Shifts hard and works flawlessly. Suspension: This is where a lot of time and money was spent. The front was done by Rod & Custom Motorsports out of Florence SC. They originally designed the Mustang II front suspension to work in older mustangs so I bought their suspension package and took them the car and had them install it. Power Rack & Pinion steering with 6 way adjustable coil over shocks and disc brakes. Rear suspension is out of a new Cobra Mustang. Independent Rear Suspension makes for a ride like no other. The 4 wheel disc brakes make it stop very well. The IRS Kit was professionally made by DVS Restorations and very easy to install. The original 3:55 gear was replaced with a 4:10. Coupled to the AOD Transmission, this car still gets an amazing 23 mpg on the highway. Interior: Nothing crazy here – I stayed with the original look like you were back in 1968. It does have a Chrome Ididit steering column and a custom steering wheel cut out of a solid piece of aluminum. Body kit: Modified and customized and then modified some more! Hints of Shelby and Eleanor everywhere you look with modifications done to make it one of a kind! The Eleanor front end was used but modified heavily to get rid of the big light package. Eleanor side exhaust skirts were also used. Shelby side scoops and rear deck lid were installed and I chose the 1968 rear tail light panel. LED Sequential turn signals were installed just like the original Shelby’s. All fiberglass pieces were molded-in to give it a clean look. Door handles are shaved and now open by remote on the keychain. This car must be seen to be appreciated. I cannot possibly name all the modifications that were done to this car, feel free to call me with serious questions. 864-907-0740. Fly in and drive it home! This car only has 1950 miles on it since completion in 2007. I run two businesses and never take the time to enjoy the car. It is a blast to drive and an attention getter everywhere you go.
