Vehicle was purchased around 1957 by my now deceased father. It sat in our garage till 1972 when for the first time , we tried taking it for a drive. We got about a mile away from the house when it just stopped running. We called my mom to come and tow us home. The car again sat till 1999, when my father & my cousin rebuilt the flathead moter, re-did some wiring, cooling system & brake work to get it back on the road. In 2000, my father moved about 3 hrs. north of San Francisco and was killed in a car accident. I went to take care of all his left over buisiness, and tried to start the car and couldn't get it running, so I trailered it home to my house, where it's now been sitting in my garage since 2003. The car IS complete, as far as it has all it's parts. It is an all metal body, no kit parts, as far as I can tell, there's no modifications. I have a couple of extra transmissions, bell housing ,radiator & a 2 douce intake manifold to throw in. The trunk is only a trunk, not a rumble seat. It has juice brakes. Pictures do not do this car the deserved recognition it really has! I wish I had the time, energy and finances to finish this classic, but I don't, and it hurts to have to let this car go.
