This normally covers the storage area for the top when it is in the "down" position. There are two keys included but there are no remote door openers. Other: There is no trunk key for this vehicle however trunk can be easily opened from a trunk-release button in the glove box. There is a small flaking area of the leather on the bolster area of the drivers seat not seen in the pictures. The interior was previously categorized as "excellent" in this ad but to be on the safe side, we re-categorize the interior as "good" and we again recommend an pre-inspection of the vehicle before placing the winning bid and/or before meeting the reserve as your opinion may be different than ours. We also feel the interior including seats and carpeted areas could use a good deep cleaning but this again is subject to your requirements after your inspection which we encourage you to do before the reserve is met and/or before placing the winning bid and not after. On May-02-10 at 17:38:09 PDT, seller added the following information: No Shipping: The Buyer must (in person) pickup , pay for and leave feedback for this vehicle before making any shipping arrangements. Seller will not accommodate a shipper nor be involved in any shipping arrangements or details. This transaction is for local pickup by the Buyer in person only. Seller will not work with any "Agents" or "Representatives" of the Buyer but only with the Buyer as registered with eBay. Therefore, for purposes of this auction, there is "no shipping" but "local pickup only." Same Person: The winning Bidder and the Buyer must be the same person and all the papers to transfer ownership of the car will be put only into the name of the winning bidder/buyer and no one else's. On May-03-10 at 12:23:59 PDT, seller added the following information: Out-of-State Buyers, Re: Sales Tax - We have gotten several inquiries from potential out-of-state buyers who would like to know and if we have to collect sales tax. The answer depends upon the state where you reside and the answer is usually "yes, we have to collect sales tax even if you are an out-of-state buyer" but sometimes there is a credit if you are a reciprocal state. For example, if you are a Georgia resident, then we are required to collect 4% sales tax so you get a 2% tax credit but you are required to register the car within 45 days in Georgia or you will have to pay the entire 6% sales tax. In-State (Florida) Buyers, Re: Sales Tax - We collect 6% Florida sales tax plus a surcharge amount for the County where you reside. For example, Nassau County has a surcharge of 1% so we will collect 7% of the sales amount. There are surcharge limitations based on the final selling price but a good estimate is 7%. Registration, Re: License Plate Transfer (for Florida Residents only) - If you do not have a valid license plate to transfer, then there is an Initial Registration Fee (INR) of $225.00 which we must collect. This INR is waived if you do have a valid plate to transfer. We now announce the mileage may be up to, but more than, 113,500. More Disclosed Issues, other - We have noticed that there are two other issues that should be noted: (1) The drivers side seat belt mechanism does not release and let the seat belt all the way out, and (2) the REAR, driver's side power window will not go all the way down, only a little ways down, but will then go up all the way from that point. Again, this is NOT the FRONT drivers side window, but the smaller, REAR window. Reserve, lowered - We have just lowered both the reserve and the BIN (Buy-it-Now) price to $4,700. Please keep in mind the BIN will go away once the reserve is met.
