Here is my 1993 Honda Civic LX with 127,116 miles. I bought this 50,000 miles ago and kept all of my maintenance records while I've owned it. There are driver/passenger airbags, automatic transmission, power locks/windows/mirrors, adjustable passenger and driver shoulder belts, rear-seat shoulder belts.I regularly get 35+MPG, the vast majority of the miles I've put on the car have been highway miles. Tire tread is good. There is working cruise control and the inspection is good until 10/2010 in Pennsylvania. The bad: The speedometer doesn't always work. SOmetimes it indicates zero, other times it indicates 115mph, and other times it is right on. Even when the speedometer doesn't work right the cruise control still works fine. I beleive the problem is the speed sensor located on the top of the transmission -- replacements are around $50 at junkyarddog.com. The air conditioner does not blow cold air. It worked last year but as summer wore on the cold air got warmer and warmer. There is some surface rust (pictured) above the rear wheel wells. At this point it isn't major rot & can easily be fixed. Lastly the antenna cable doesn't work, rendering the stereo silent for standard AM/FM. I have Sirius satellite radio so it works fine, I just bypass the antenna. Overall it is a reliable 17 year old car. As you know there are Civics on the road with well over 200,000 miles on them & with a little elbow grease this car will continue to be reliable, efficient transportation. It does well in the snow, rain, and any other bad weather you throw at it. Donut spare with tool kit & jack, I also have the owner's manual. I've described the vehicle as best & honest as I can, all of the issues are listed above. The car is sold as-is.
