On auction is a 1975 Corvette Roadster. My friend purchased this car out of an estate in Georgia. He played with it for a while and when he was tired of that I purchased the car to have something to drive while my 55 Ford was apart for restoration. I have owned the car since Nov of 2009 and it is a real joy to own and drive. I hate to part with it but the old Ford is about ready to hit the road. This is what I know. The body has no cracks, the paint is decent and presentable, the glass is all good, the dash, is uncut, completely original and in good shape with no cracks. The speedometer shows 111K but I do not know if this is correct. The driver seat has one worn spot but still looks good. Everything works including the original AM/FM radio and the head lights pop up and work good. Car has recent mufflers, front rotors, front calipers, and a new master cylinder. The engine is really strong and runs excellent, as does the tranny. Power steering leaks a small spot as does the tranny (nothing at all to worry about). I think the PS leak is a hose. The tires have good tread and car goes down the road excellent. The carburetor could use a cleaning or rebuild and to me the brakes are not 100% and should be checked by a Corvette expert.
