Nice stock original Suzuki T-500 Titan 2-stroke twin. Only 9,240 original miles, runs great, everything works. Original green and white paint in very good condition, has some sun fading and a few small nicks or scratches, but very nice for 38 years old. Engine was rebored and fitted with 0.5 mm OS pistons about 600 miles ago. New front brake shoes, air filter, fuel lines, points and plugs. Also has newer gel cell battery. Gas tank is very clean inside. Nice rear fender and grab bar, front fender has some small dents on front tip. Front wheel has some pitting, but looks very good. Rear wheel is nice, good chrome. Exhaust look very good, baffles intact, no dents, chrome is very good, just some wear marks near right rear foot peg area. Kick starter lever and shift lever have some rust pitting. Nice original seat, only a small burn mark near front right edge. Side cover knob is broken, side cover and oil tank are very good, this was the only year for the 'Jetson's" style chrome plastic side covers. Front tire looks to be at least 30 yrs old, good tread but weather-checked. Rear tire looks good, has good tread. This bike is a very nice original survivor. It has not been restored and could probably benefit from better detailing, but it is very nice as-is. The engine # matches the frame #. I have owned the bike for about 10 years, when I bought it the engine was stuck from sitting, which necessitated the engine work. I have put about 600 miles on it over the last two years. I need to thin my herd so this bike needs a new home. The bike is located in Duluth, MN. I will cooperate with any reasonable shipping arrangements the buyer sets up.
