Up for bid is my 1974 Monte Carlo. Odometer shows about 45000 miles, I'm assuming that is 145,000. It has the 2bbl 350, automatic. Factory A/C car, but compressor is gone. Many new parts on the car, partial list includes: radiator, fan clutch, carburetor, fuel pump, battery, tires, fuel level sender, dual exhaust, weatherstripping, plugs, wires, etc.. Car runs and drives good. Have some documentation, including owner's manual and new car books (like new), and the build sheet, which I found on top of the gas tank when replacing the sender. While replacing the plugs, I did a compression test and all cylinders had 150psi. Transmission shifts fine. The brakes are good. The frame and undercarriage look good. The build sheet shows this is a HEI delete car, but someone put an HEI distributor in it. It has typical rust for these cars, pictures show this. Carpet was removed when I got it, so you can see the front floors are rusty, patch panels are available. Quarter panel has a quarter size hole in it. Battery tray is also rusted. Interior needs work, as the dash is cracked, and the front seat is torn. I do drive the car to work from time to time, (68 mile round trip), and it's been reliable. Car was originally a silver metallic color, but has been painted white. Being a landau model, it originally had a vinyl top, which had been removed. This body style is getting hard to find in any shape, and this one would be a good one to drive and finish as you like. Immediate deposit of $200 required at close of auction, paypal only.
