Vehicle Detail

2ND LISTING, PRICE REDUCED!!! 2009 Dodge Challenger SE with a SC salvage (flood) title. Car was bought through an insurance auction. This car was in a low level flood (not salt water) in Virginia. Water did enter cabin however not much above the seats. All original paper work was still in the glove box including the dealer sticker and it did not get wet. The interior was stripped and thoroughly cleaned and dried. The fluids (engine, transmission, and axel) were changed however no signs of water was present. The car is in good working order and has been register in SC and driven over 2000 miles with no problems. It has low miles and runs great. Added factory options is 18 inch rims, leather heated seats and a sunroof. If you need more pictures or have questions please call me or email me. Thank you Larry Oliver On Apr-22-10 at 19:06:32 PDT, seller added the following information: It is registered and insured and being driven daily under a SC (salvage) title. NO lights or problems with the car. No missing parts, other than a small cover (like a button) to the right of the shifter. That is removed when you want to shift the gear selector without the key. It was missing when I got the car. The dealer only sells the entire shift console for that plug (around $90). A used one may be found on a 300m, Charger, etc as some use about the same style shifter. Once I got the car cleaned up the one thing that did not work at all was the seat warmer. The module for that sits below the passenger seat and I did have to replace it. Seat warmer works now. I also noticed the "auto" feature for the power windows would not "auto' roll down. They roll up and down ok (manual / holding the button) and auto up and down when closing the door. Some research told me that it needed to be reprogrammed. So I took it to my local Dodge dealer. I did not tell him it was in a flood and they fixed the problem (replaced a switch) and did some factory recall stuff at no charge. Lucky me!! The outside is ok, but not flawless. It does have a few small scratches' but have been doctored up and not noticeable. The front did have a license plate holder drilled into the bumper (uughh!!) I removed that and filled in the holes and had the stripes run down over it. If this car had a HEMI, I would keep it. The V6 3.5L runs ok, but like most of Chrysler's 3.5L they are just car pushers and fleet engines for run-of-the-mill. Even though this engine is rated at 200hp after driving a HEMI, it is VERY hard to settle for less and I doubt it really has 200hp. My insurance agent did tell me that it is a very pretty car with an engine that will not get me into trouble. She is so funny!!! The going price for this car is good especially running and no damage. It should be getting around $22-24k however with salvage title the value of the car is reduced. Even though the car is sold "as-is" whoever buys it is welcome to test drive and check it out and if not satisfied I will let them back out of the sale, deposit included. I don't want anyone to sink $18k+ for a car if they don't feel good about. Any more questions or needed pics, let me know. THANKS home number is 803-781-8116 call between 5pm to 8pm M-F eastern time
