1997 Ford 7.3 turbo diesel 4X4 8 foot box ext cab. This truck has 248,000 or so on the motor and the tranny has been rebuilt about 25,000 miles ago. It is not in perfect shape but has served me well. It hase dual tanks However the rear one has a leak. It has dual batteries Both are three years old. It has trailer brake unit which I have never used. It has a CB with NO anntena I took it off because the PO had it clamped to the mirror. It has aluminium rims. Tires are just barly legal. The spare is a new recap. When I bought the truck it did not have a spare so I bought the recap with a rim. The body has rust thru ovre the rear wheels and on the pass side cab. Please look at the pictures. I believe the gass is all good. It has a hitch unit and is wired for two kinds of plugs. Again I have not used them. It has a block haeter and starts well in the winter when used. 4X4 works well I have used it. The truck is slugish I was told that the turbo is not working properly. I pulled the air tube off and the fan spins fine other than that I am not sure. I am not sure what is wrong with the turbo unit. I will be happy to answer your questions.
