This is probably one of the lowest mileage 1999 E300 Turbo Diesels in the U.S. It is not only very low mileage, but beautiful. The white paint is glossy, and there are hardly any noticeable flaws. The car has a little under 38,000 miles, and runs beautifully. With the turbo diesel, it has plenty of “pick-up” and will reach freeway speeds quickly. The engine is quiet, and unless you are standing next to the hood you hardly notice it is a diesel. The interior is near perfect. There are some tiny, hardly noticeable pink stains on the carpet, which are mostly covered up by the mats. I mention this only to be upfront. Like any 11 year old car, it is not perfect, but is the closest to it that you can imagine for a car that is a daily driver. As is -- no warranty. The car was recently serviced, and has new glow plugs and battery. Tires have over 50% tread remaining. Spare appears to have never been on the ground. It has the Bose sound system with the in-dash cassette and 6-disc CD changer mounted in the trunk I recently took a trip in it and averaged 31 mpg cruising at 80. It gets about 26 miles per gallon in city driving. I have no doubt if you drive slower than I do you will get 35+ mpg on the highway. No reserve.
