up for auction at no reserve is my 1988 Samurai its about 85% complete on a 16v motor swap, below are some of the key parts included. i have afair amount of work and money in this and im hoping it goes to a good home. basically this is a buggy with zero amenities, it was designed as an all out trail rig, it could be made dot legal but that was not what i had in mind. on the stands with the 1.6 is how it currently sits, the pix with the wheels are from when it had the 1.3 last season. the tube work is all 1.75 x .120 DOM with a couple short stubs of hrew here and there. it is tied into the frame at the main pillars and off the sliders which are 1.5 square x .120. the b pillar is triangulated down to the floor with center tabs for safety harnesses at the joint, the dash is one piece rolled aluminum, wheel base was stretched to 98" with bumpstops, drag link, brake lines and all in there propper location. drive train is mounted as low as it can be for stability and still have the transfer case flat bellied (nothing hanging down). you can see the complete build here http://www.zukikrawlers.com/showthread.php?t=27678 what it has; 1996 1.6 16V tracker motor, 66K, complete harness, ecu, etc. tracker 3spd auto, the choice for crawling shogun doubler (rock4X) new input and fresh coupler brand new TT 4.9:1 geared tcase twin stick shifters with boots toyota axles 5:29's with Aussie Lockers front and rear Trail Gear dirty 30 chromoly axles, marlin HD seals, backing plate, rebuilt Trail Gear high steer arms with fj60 tre's all round knuckle gussets and diff armor toyota ifs steering box with flat pitman arm suby master cylinder, machined plunger, bench bled rat adaptors and toyota drive shafts custom steering wheel, (cant remember where i got it from but its new) rolled aluminum dash RCI aluminum fuel cell new bilstein shocks with soft valving wheel base is 98" YJ springs in good shape with new poly bushings all round what it needs to finish some seats tires and wheels lights if you like to run at night basically hook up the tracker harness, the fuel, and the radiator and youre pretty much there. the fab on the trans tunnel is 80% complete, the drive train is mounted and complete. i have the complete tracker steering column, fan shroud, oem fuel pump with new mount and a bunch of extra bits and pieces that will go with it and a set of ergly toyota rollers to get it on a trailer. clear title, all sales final, ask questions and ill get to them as soon as i can. thanks for looking Click Here. On Apr-18-10 at 07:50:05 PDT, seller added the following information: to answer some other questions; i added a picture of the dash, no gauge holes punched yet, its blank ready for whatever. the tracker gauge cluster is included in case you want or need to connect anything there. the only thing the engine dosent have is an air filter and a belt. all the other stuff is there, starter, alt, ps pump, etc. theres also a heavy duty trans cooler, some rock lights and another box of parts on top of that. the wheel base is 92" not 98" as stated above. the cell has an 8 fittings with push on connectors, its has foam for no sloshing and a gm style sending unit in back. the steering box is sleeved through the frame and plated both sides. the rotors are fresh, pads are brand new. you can see the axle build and details early in the build thread.
