1967 Triumph Spitfire WideBody Targa 327c.i. V8 4Speed Trans/Axle IRS 70s Custom hidden for 25+ years One of a Kind Fiberglass Wide Body V8 Spitfire

This is one very different Triumph Spitfire. It draws a crowds of critics and skeptics. The attention is almost overwhelming. No one expects it to sound like it does when it fires. It sounds like it should be on a racetrack with only straight pipe mufflers. Most people guess everything but what it is and most everyone assumes it to be a kit car of some sorts. It is not a kit paddcar of any sorts. Will be adding a link to video shortly. This 1967 triumph was shipped to Japan when it was new. The first owner was a woman stationed at an USAirForce base in Japan. It was first registered as a privately owned military service vehicle. The 2nd owner, an af engineer stationed at the base bought it in 1969 and in 1970 had it shipped to the US where he built the Triumph into a one of a kind 70s custom. The Triumph has been primarily stored for about 25 years. The body is a not a complete fiberglass body. It utilizes the original hood, trunk lid and body with fiberglass laid over a steel heavy gauge ...

1970 Triumph GT6 1970 GT6 +

Letting go of my 1970 GT6. I bought this car from a family that bought it for there son who was in autobody school and needed a project. The car was registered and running when they started the project in 2015/2016. In the pics you can see the floors and rockers where gone like most of these cars. They had welded in the passenger rocker and there is new driver and complete floor pans worth $800 in parts alone. I also see the car was some work on teh wheel arch in the pic that would need attention. I layed out the parts and saw a center cap missing and that was all I noticed. the glass is there for the car and trim strips too. This would be a great car to bring back. The car has the New York regristration that serves as a title, any question about this please contact me.

I am selling a Triumph TR3A (TS79322) I have the original bill of sale from the dealership. It lists the sale date as 9/26/61. The odometer reads 16290, so I believe the mileage to be 116290 This car is a great driver. I drive it year round but especially in the summer. Last summer I drove it from Portland to Sisters, OR over the Santiam Pass. The gears and engine feel strong and it handles terrific. 1954 Triumph Other Chevy Special tribute Triumph Chevy Special tribute

I built this little roadster as a tribute to hot rodders an road racers of the late 50s and early 60s. There is nothing on this car that could not have been purchased new or second hand in 1958. The chassis is early underslung, live axel Triumph. The motor is a 1958 Chevy 283 with period correct Offenhauser tri-power using Rochester 2bbls. The transmission is early Saginaw non-synchro 3spd. Gauges are new vintage Stewart Warner convex-lens Wings gauges. The car runs and drives beautifully. It is very well sorted. Every part of the brake system is brand new including drums, shoes, calipers, rotors, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, and lines. This car has a clean and current California title. It is registered as a 1954 Triumph TR2. There will never be any smog checks. This little guy weighs a scant 1780lbs. Needless to say it is quite quick and a blast to drive. If you have any questions, I can be reached at (510)507-6001. Ask for Skip. Thanks for looking.

1975 Triumph TR-6 1975 Triumph TR6 40K Original Mile Car

1975 Triumph TR-6 1975 Triumph TR6 40K Original Mile Car

Very nice 1975 Triumph TR6. Pretty much an all original car with only 40,000 original miles. This beautiful TR6 still has its original yellow paint. It is a bit faded but still nice. There are a couple of nicks and minor dings in keeping with an original 42 year old car. There are a couple of very minor surface rust places, but I see no bubbles. The body is extremely straight. The under carriage is rust free. Any rust on this car is surface only. The black interior is near perfect. The seats look great. The dash board has been replaced with the original type. The Dunlop Citation 205/70 tires are like new. The chrome is very nice. There is a small spot on the underside of the hood that has some primer. There is some flaking of the rocker panel paint on the right side both very insignificant. The exhaust is good and gives that nice TR6 throaty sound. It needs a left hand footwell black panel and would benefit from a new bonnet cable. This nice TR6 has a great Pioneer stereo system with ...

1968 Triumph GT6 GT-6 Fastback 2-Door Sports Coupe 1968 Triumph GT6 Sports Coupe, British Racing Green, LHD RWD Manual w/ Overdrive

Please follow this link to see a video of the car running and driving: Presented here is a 1968 Triumph GT6, a fastback sports coupe in british racing green with a center white stripe and black interior. Engine is a straight-six connected to a manual transmission with overdrive sending power to the rear wheels. For the last 10 years it has been owned and maintained by a retired former mechanic for the Denver RTD public-busing system. He owned multiple Triumphs and was a member of the Rocky Mountain Triumph Club (note the sticker for the club on the windshield) and as you can see he took fantastic care of this car! No restoration needed! It starts, runs and drives without any issues, and everything on the car works. Moreover, the body, paint and mechanicals are all in great condition - especially considering the car is nearly 50 years old! I bought this car for myself in April, but then the seller of the 1942 Cadillac in the background came back and accepted ...

I have been around Triumph TR7's since they were new. My first car was a TR7 and for many years I owned a 1980 TRIUMPH TR7 SPIDER that was the VTR national champion - thus I am well versed in these cars. The later cars, particularily the convertibles are the better cars. BETTER BUILT, BETTER RELIABILITY, AND BETTER VALUE. The car offered here is one of the last TRIUMPH TRs built being a 1981 model. The 1981 cars had the rare bosch fuel injection which provided excellent fuel economy and performance. The later cars also had a nicer interior of blue or tan suede as opposed to the "tacky" tartan plaid offerings of the earlier cars. A quick walk around this particular car shows it to be a good solid example. The car was nicely repainted some years ago in its original "silver leaf" metalic color - a color only offered on the last cars built. There is no evidence of any major accidents/damage in the cars past. All panel gaps are correct. The doors, bonnet, and trunk open & close smoothly. Everything ...
