1970 MG MGB GT Coupe 1970 MGB GT Coupe 1.8L 4-speed manual transmission

I'm selling my beloved MGB GT. Sadly I don't have time to drive it enough anymore. The car is in great condition without any issues whatsoever.I just did a 450 mile roundtrip to visit a car show in 1 day without any problems. The hard top MG Coupes are becoming more collectible in the last few years. Especially the 1970 models since they are the only model year with a split rear bumper.Take a look at the fender mounted side view mirror. A nice detail you don't find very often. The original wood steering wheel and the gear shift knob were installed as a dealer option when new. Finished in the classic Bronze Yellow paint (repainted 15+ years ago). The hood has some cracking in the paint as typical for the age (see hood picture). There is also a little bubble under the finish on one of the doors (less than 1/4"). In the last 3 years I had the following work done by my Jaguar/MG mechanic:- New front and rear suspension package- New exhaust- Carburetors rebuilt - Radiator cooling fan added- ...

After 30 years I must sell my "baby". Bought it in Pittsburgh with 19,000 miles on the odometer. 3 years ago, had it shipped to Florida where I spend the winters. Never driven in rain or snow. Always very well maintained and I have the records. I have replaced the top, the interior carpet and door panels, the tires, and have had the wheels repainted. Mechanically and cosmetically, its in very nice condition. However, the oil leaks and I'm told it needs an engine reseal which is a bigger project than I care to take on at this stage in my life. I need more of a "daily-driver" during my Florida stays, so, alas, the "B" must go

1969 MG Midget 1969 MG Midget Arkley Conversion 5 speed gearbox

1969 Arkley SS. This is a 1969 MG Midget with an Arkley body conversion. The Arkley is a 2 piece front and rear fiberglass kit that replaces the front and rear sheet metal on an MG Midget. Originally built by John Britten in the UK throughout the late 1960's and early 1970's, the Arkley was sold as both a kit and assembled car from Mr. Britten. It became an inexpensive alternative to fixing rusty old Midgets and Sprites resulting in a unique little ride that has gained a kind of a cult status. It gives the car a complete, one piece forward tipping front end providing excellent access to the front end mechanicals. Think reverse Bugeye. The rear section, modeled after the sloping back of a Morgan replaces the rear fender and trunk. There is no removal of any structural members at all, thereby retaining all the stiffness of the original, perhaps a bit more. So what you have is a marginally stiffer and lighter car than the donor Midget you started with. There is no need to re-register or retitle ...

1976 MG MGB 1976 MGB Green Black Soft Top Convertible

I bought this B at Hershey about 10 years ago, and have used it sparingly since. My understanding is that it was originally from Maryland and has been a summer use car it's whole life. It has the Weber Carb conversion through Brittek and the car runs great! May need a new battery, but holds a charge if driven regularly. The body and frame are in excellent condition with no rust. The floor boards are all solid and excellent condition with just a bit of surface shown in the pictures. The paint has a few minor scratches from brushing against it in the garage that I tried to capture in the pictures. The car is in Naples, Fl, the title is clean and clear Florida Title in hand. The car needs someone that will use it more than I. I can't justify crowding my garage up any more. I'm getting rid of all of my old toys. Please come and drive before buying or putting in an offer. This is an antique and has it's quirks but is in great shape. More Pics available if interested, would add more but limited ...

1979 MG Midget MG. Midget. Original.

1979 MG Midget Last year for the Midget One Owner 13,000 Original (documented) Miles You donít see too many classic cars in this condition, especially with 13,000 original miles. You can find MG Midget's in this condition for around $15,000 but, they usually have 50, 60 70,000 miles on the odometer. The person that owned this car bought it for his wife. The weather only permitted her to drive a couple of months out of the year. From sitting for long periods of time the engine seals dried up. (which is very common on these MG's) When she saw the first drip of oil, she spent over $5,000 in mechanical work i.e. over $3,000 to completely remove and reseal the motor. $2000 for a new clutch and pressure plate. Another several hundred on new rack and pinion gear, new brakes and more. (copy of receipts on request) The paint is very nice except the left front fender is showing Angel-Hair cracks along the top. I was told that a good Color-Sanding would bring out the paint beautifully but might not ...

The Rear Differential has had the 4.3 conversion performed to increase the cars drivability. Car is painted British Racing Green with Tan Leather interior. This car just finished a full frame off restoration including the wood timbers in 2018. I have hundreds of photos that show all stages of the restoration. New tan leather interior, canvas tonneau cover and canvas top. Side curtain frames have been painted and ready to have new covers put on them. All hardware is included. Owner decided that he would not complete this since there was never any intent on driving car in the rain. Car is equipped with correct painted steel wheels with 5 new tires. Restoration also included new wiring harness and all new brakes including lines. Car and engine are matching numbers that can be seen in the pictures. ...
